Q.     Since there are 2 phones connected to the 1 device, how will I answer a call?

To answer an incoming call, press the “green” accept button. To answer a call from the 2nd line, simply place the current call on “hold” and select “answer” for the incoming call.

Q.     How will the privacy of each line remain secure and not interfere with the other?

The phone is configured with only one speaker, this prevents from calls being connected. When you are in call, as you switch to another call the current call will go on “hold”.

Q.     How do the cameras work? 

The phone is equipped with a general selfie camera and the other ( outward facing camera ) is located at the top of the bezel.
 

 

Q.     Is the device heavy?

There is no noticeable difference in the weight of our device and devices with the same or similar size screen.
 

 

Q.     Does this phone overheat or get hotter than a general phone?

There have been no reports of overheating with test models. The phone operates like a computer, while one line is in operation, the other is placed into sleep mode which prevents the unnecessary use of power and overheating.
